Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and well furnished.

While I was wheeling my wife in, a worker there named Henry saw me pushing her wheel chair and went ahead and held the doors open for us. Then he escorted us up to our room and opened the room for us. I was very impressed. Food was very good in the restaurant ans in the conference room we were using. Wait staff was excellent!

Bathroom was a little run down in my room, sink was loose on the wall and the shower stall was stained.

Staff when I left my key in the room. Kept typing something when she knew I needed help. Didn't acknowledge me until she stopped typing. Internet in rooms costs too much. Should be much cheaper or free. Unable to use wireless in the lobby because it kept asking for my payment information before it would let me in. I didn't bother and left.

Nosotros no somos los que se quejan normalmente, pero nos decepcionó un poco en nuestra estancia, que apenas podía soportar ir a la sauna, ya que era tan excesivamente clorada no se podía mantener los ojos abiertos. Me gustaría hacer una sugerencia también para el wifi que pagamos alrededor de 125,00 una noche en su hotel, que no tenía desayuno continental, así que nos volveríamos a ir a cualquiera de Duncan Donuts o Starbucks tomar un café y desayuno y disfrutar de nuestro servicio de Internet gratuito. Cuando en el hotel nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar un 9.95 por día! Nos quedamos muy decepcionados con nuestra estancia.
