The staff was wonderful to us. The Lady that took care of our roon each day was amazing! She asked, and then learned, that I was a coffee addict (no decaf) and made sure I had plenty of coffee during our stay. She always did a great job with our room and was so pleasant to see each morning. The front desk was great to deal with us, too. Overall, the staff made our visit wonderful.
When you are staying for long periods of time, a microwave in the room would have been nice, but we loved the size of the refrigerator. Again, when staying for a longer period of time, the laundry facilities/machines need to be updated. we did not do our laundry there during our visit because the machines just looked really bad.

The facility was very close to where my appts were and also the convience of having so many eating establishments very close,overall my expierence was good and i would book again.
Windows could be washed
have an extra free outlet for cell phone charger
have better toiletries,the 1st time i didnot take shampoo along i needed some and the bath soap

Very helpful staff, very clean room.
The air conditioner noise was horrendous!
