I was told shuttle service to the airport began at 4:00 am. When I got there I found out on weekends the service started at noon. This forced me to go past my rental agreement on my rental car. Had I known this I would have likely stayed somewhere else.

If you are going to advertise that you have the airport shuttle then you need to have it all days or state that it does not work on weekends. That left us in a bind because we were depending on the shuttle and that is why I chose your hotel.

The TV i used only allowed channel 3 to 13 - which was frustrating - that's the only thing that didn't work - called down - but never heard back.
