The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The upstairs walkways need repair and were treacherous during the ice storm that came into the area during our stay. Only one elevator made it difficult to get our luggage and other stuff down from the upstairs room, especially since one of us staying there is somewhat handicapped.

STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY,THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE.THEIR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER BUT FOR THE MOST PART OUR STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT

Just the location
There was nothing nice about the hotel other than the price.It was FLITHY. MY GUESS IS THEY DONT CLEAN THE ROOMS JUST CHANGE THE LINEN.I HAVE SEEN CAMPING RESTROOMS WITH CLEANER FACILITIES THAN THE ONE IN THIS HOTEL.THEY NEED TO TRAIN THERE HOUSEKEEPERS ON CLEANINESS.I WAS JUST DISGUSTED BY THE WHOLE ROOM.ICANT BELIEVE THERE ALLOWED TO RENT ROOMS IN THAT CONDITION.AND THE STAFF WAS JUST LIKE HERES YOUR KEY ...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.THE BREAKFAST IS JUST A SNACK BAR.

The price was very good, and the room was large and comfortable. It far exceeded my expectations. The Continental breakfast was very good also. Just a very nice experience, and I would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
