The staff were fantastic. I had made an error booking my room, but when I arrived that evening at 11pm, your staff member made an extra effort to figure out if the "no vacancy" she was showing on her screen could be worked around. She found a way, which was fantastic.

We stayed here on our way through to Mount Logan and it was clean comfortable and easily accessible. The rooms are older but comfortably appointed and spacious.
The elevators in the hotel are very old and slow. Not a big deal but worth noting.
