The staff. Rachel st the front desk is awesome. Ruby’s has great food. Room was comfortable and quiet.
The waitress at lunch was not up to your standards.

In a good location to where I was going. I have stayed there on three other occasions and have always been happy there. I like the breakfast you provide, great food, comfy beds, quiet place.

I enjoyed my two night stay at the best Western plus White bear Country Inn. The Staff was very accommodating, pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I do plan on staying there again in the future.

Great restaurant. We really enjoyed the decor ( it was decorated for the holidays) and the food.
Bed was lumpy and seemed past it's prime.

The friendly staff. They were very accommodating and very helpful.
Their pillows. Lots of them but not one was comfortable!

Rudy's restaurant and the pool for the kids.
Unfortunately, the hotel was under complete construction due to a water pipe break. We were not aware of this before checking in. We've never requested to be moved to another room in all our years of staying at a hotel but we had to this time. There were kids screaming in the room next to us and it appeared they were not under any supervision. Later that night the police were called to the room.
