I've stayed at this Fairfield the past 5 or 6 years. It has always been very good. I had to cancel last November the day before and they gave me credit and didn't charge me. My dad was admitted to the hospital the day before my arrival.
Cleanliness and the staff helpfulness. The breakfast girl Olga has always been very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely convenient to the location of my next day conference.
Could have gone to a less expensive (satisfactory) property, but the location of this property was worth the extra cost to me on this occasion.
No! It was perfect. I arrived, checked in, went to meet with an associate for dinner then back to the property to prepare for my next day presentation across the street at the Quest Center.

The staff were all courteous and helpful. Rooms and beds comfortable
There was a cleaning product odor in the hotel, rooms and van that caused me some disconfort. Eyes were watery, coughing, and headache that seemed to be caused by the smell. I do not know if the irritating odor was caused in any way by the newness of the hotel, but perhaps not because it was in the van also.

The hotel and service was great!
I ended up paying double for my room because unknowingly I guess I had booked my hotel through Expedia? Then needed to change rooms at the hotel due to grandson wanting to stay also - needed a sofa bed - didn't change price but agent charged my husband's credit card and couldn't negate that?
