Holiday Inn - West Yellowstone, an IHG Hotel

ayant loué et payé une chambre avec 2 lits (king et queen) je n'ai pas spécialement apprécié de me retrouver avec un lit et... un sofa .

Did not have the room we booked. After a lot of hassle other staff stepped in and arranged the right room. The firts receptionist walked off during conversation with him. Not very customerfriendly! After asking for the manager, she was not there(not a surprise!) next morning however i did have a talk with the manager. Giving me a crap story that my room was overbooked due to the previous guests staying longer than foreseen. Manager says that as long as their luggage is in the room, she cannot sling them out!?? And that this was according to law! What a lie!!! This is not the case. I checked! Not very good having lying managers in the hotel! I was asked why I complained to her the next day " you did get your room you asked for" It is a shame, the two other front desk staff was very friendly and helpfull! Make one of them the manager and it will be more customerfriendly!

Bad attitude made me pay to send back my lost i phone could not find a package sent to myself causing much stress they did find it really unprofessional.

Love that kids eat free! Hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was within walking distance from everywhere we wanted to see in town. Room was large and certainly comfortable. Our toddler loved having her own bed!.
