There were dog shows that weekend and a lot of people came with well-behaved pets. I'm so happy that people can travel with their pets and responsible pet owners should always be welcome at quality hotels.

Close to the Big E.We stay here every time we go. We enjoy going to Cal's Wood Grill & Bar across the street...always a great meal. We also always make a stop at Table & Vine next door for great wine and gourmet items to take home.
Not that it was your fault, but very disappointed that there was no shuttle to the Big E as in previous years. Only real complaint was that the room was too small for both the King size bed and the sofa..felt very closed in. Complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable.

The location to local food, shopping and movies. All within walking distance. And the available services at hotel, fitness center, coffee/tea, breakfast.
The fact that I called down to the front office 4 times between 11pm and 2am to complain about rooms 436 and 440 (we were in 438). They were screaming yelling, swearing, throwing stuff across the room, jumping on beds and slamming the doors all night, They were rude, disrespectful TRAILER TRASH occupants. The STaff did nothing to handle this properly until about 230am, when they were finally getting tired. We had an early appointment for my son, who needed sleep and we couldn't sleep except for a 2 1/2 total. We woke to smashed food and apples on the door of room 436 & 440 along with the apples being thrown down the hall ways by elevators and windows.
