Rooms need to be updated......wallpaper is falling off walls....bathroom needs to be updated a lot.....

When I asked for the girl at the counter to call me a cab - she said "we can't do that" - Really? Low customer service
When Checking into my room there was no toilet paper, asked for some to be brought up - never was
Went to have a shower and lo and behold - no shower head - asked for one to be installed while I was out - never happened
