It was quiet and the location was very close to gas stations and restaurants.
There wasn't any microwave in the room. So, that was inconvenient.

The hotel is by a lot of things to do in Des Moines, it was a very nice and clean hotel and the pool was warm. We all had a great time.

Close to destination, cheap.
Room was not ready when we arrived, however, we were early to check in. Main staff desk lady was a little rude. Trashy too. Hallways wreaked like smoke, outdated decor Etc. You get what you pay for.

The staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.
The hotel was not clean, carpets were very dirty, bathroom was not clean, tile grout was black and moldy. While my co-worker and I had reservations for both Tuesday, the 26th, and Wednesday, the 27th, we cancelled our reservations for the 27th and I am still waiting for the refund to my credit card. We were very disappointed in the facilities.
