I really appreciated the fact that when a mistake was made by staff they believed me when I said I had paid for my dinner. They needed to go to a more senior member of staff but they straight away said yes that's fine and apoligised for the mix up.

I wasn't able to get a pillow which suited my needs and had to go out and buy one. I need a pillow which isn't too fat because of a neck issue.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled due to bad weather and they were very helpful in arranging another room. We did have the fire alarm go off on our last night and all staff knew what to do in the drill and we even had one staff member entertain us with magic tricks while we waited. This helped the time to go by while we waited for the fire service to complete their role.

If fire alarm goes off and everyone has to evacuate may be offer a discount on rooms for that night.
