Main reason for choosing Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel: Location
Our room wasn't ready when we attempted to check in, and again when we came back later, the front desk upgraded our room, that was very much appreciated.
Seems excessive to charge for parking, in addition to a hefty room charge.

Main reason for choosing Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel: Location
Although I am a native New Yorker, I have lived in Rhode Island for the past 34 years. My only son lives in Fort Lee and has blessed me with 5 beautiful granddaughters. The two oldest joined me in my stay at the hotel. I had a beautiful "city view" in a room that was most enjoyable. We couldn't have enjoyed it more--unless it was free.
From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the staff could not have been nicer and chipper. It started my visit on a very up note. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every bite of our salad and Mac'n cheese. The dessert was fabulous. Our waiter, who my 13 year stated, "Grammy, he looks just like Anthony Hopkins," was a delight. He made a recommendation for dessert that was better than any vanilla cake we have ever tasted.
It would be nice to have Splenda offered for the coffee.
