The staff was very helpful and courteous. They were very flexible about check-in and check-out, as we had some overlap with our appointments and when we needed to get to and leave the hotel.

The hotel and room were very well kept. I had a room at the end of the hallway facing a gravel parking lot for semi trailers. I was concerned it might be noise but it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable.
The morning breakfast is your normal cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuit, bagels, mini muffins. I am dairy and gluten sensitive so I should not have eaten anything on the buffet. I did try a mini muffin and after one tiny bite threw it away as it was old and stale. The bagel was also several days old so I toasted it so it was edible. I commented to the front desk and they said there was to be fresh fruit. There was not for the two mornings I was there.

Everything was nice...and we liked having a microwave and refrigerator in our room.
We were not happy when, in the evening, the lifeguard for the waterslide took almost an hour break. There should have been someone there, because it was very busy and the waterslide was being used. Also, the price was quite high...because of the college graduation in town???

Location was nice. The rooms are a nice size, too, but could have used a mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom.
The pillows could be a better mix of soft/firm. The lobby is spacious, however the breakfast tables are few. Seems like it is expected to carry everything back to the room, but no trays are provided.

Was not that clean. Noticed dust and dirt on top of cabinets and under the sink on white coverings. The thing I was most disappointed with was the fact we booked to see our grandchildren and had them come out for the pool and there were 5 birthday parties booked at that time. Way too many kids for the pool and slide area in my opinion.
