Nice room with a view. Breakfast basic but ok
We received a notice the night before last day indicating that "either on Monday the 23rd or Thursday the 26th" there would be work on the water system that might cause "intermittent" interruption of water to the room. since it was to be "intermittent" i didnt shower early. The water was shut off at 10 and i was told it wouldnt be back on until 3 by the front desk. It would not have been that big of a deal if I had just been told when it would be off.

Bathroom was filthy. Rooftop pool was closed for pvt party but notice not posted in advance.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
The breakfast selections were minimal and quantities limited.

Alex the Manager made sure our room request was honored. Room was clean and quiet. We would have liked a room with an outside view, but most likely it will trigger a rate increase. Overall, it was a nice stay at DC.
