The staff was exceptionally friendly and solicitous. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was delicious and fresh. We were met every afternoon in the lobby with a small cocktail and delicious appetizer. The hotel concierge (Mr. Kahn) was extremely helpful with tours and tickets.

The location

No customer service, there was a big mis-understanding with prpayment,we were suppose to be on the excutive level and we weren't, my husband was assulted in the lobby on 12/31/09 pushed into the lobby christmas tree, scratched his arm and a scratch in his eye from a branch on the tree, we were not asked for our luggage to be taken up upon arrival.
