All in all a good experience. Their location was outstanding and, for the price, the value was exceptional as well. The staff was helpful in getting any items needed. Club Quarters is geared towards business persons, so this should be expected when staying there. Items such as an in-room refrigeration, and an in-room safe would have made my extended stay (4 nights) a bit better.

Eurobookings did an outstanding job of getting our reservation correct and the correct room reserved. We saw many others who had problems with their reservation, room, etc. This was during the Presidential Inauguation and was a very busy time. We would definitely use your service again and this hotel. We are planning a return trip in the spring.

Will recommend to my travel agent here in Australia to refer future visitors to Washington.

Overall, I liked the hotel, but think the bedding is overdone. A massive comforter, and too many pillows, all of which take up space in a fairly small room when I take them off the bed. The hotel itself is good value for the money. I think the attached restaurant is overpriced.
