Housekeeping could have done a better job. When we arrived there were no pillow cases on one of the beds. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned. (Hair on the floor.) The beds were made and we had clean towels each day but the sink and tub were not cleaned, and the carpet was not vacuumed. Also the mirrors in the room were filthy as was the TV screen.
