Relatively small rooms; maintenance looks as if it was done to minimize cost; past due for renovation

The location was great.
We had to have our room key re-programmed 3 times during our 3 day stay in order to get into the room. Also, housekeeping misunderstood that cleaning wasn't necessary, only towels didn't mean just take the dirty towels and not leave clean towels.

Everyone very friendly. Accommodated our little dog. This is a huge bonus. Will always stay at la Quinta wherever we travel.

The staff was very nice and helfull. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in with lots of soft, fluffy pillows. Breakfast was great. Loved the flat screen TV and so nice to have a frige and microwave. Will always try to find a La Quinta to stay at from now on. Loved that they take pets!. A really big plus for us.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Fairly close to where I wanted to be.
You could hear people talking in the hall and hear noise from the laundry room. Also no elevator.
