Went to the Fall Wine Event. Walked around downtown and enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very helpful and willing to answer our questions. The breakfast was very adequate and had a nice variety. We liked that there was a hotel shuttle. There was a nice park down the street.

The 2 Hosts who worked the front desk ( both evening and morning) were extremely helpful re places to eat and info about Walla Walla - great service in that respect!
I had asked for a 1st floor room and was told two times b 4 arriving I would have one - My husband and I were assigned a 4th floor room. Neiher of us were at all impressed with the brkfast w/ exception of very good omlets . The eating area was nice. We felt the rooms were extremely expensive ( 2 nights) We paid almost $500.00. For that price I would not reccommend this hotel. The person we booked with ( found on the net) did not mention anything about Sr Cit or AAA discounts which we are used to receiving at the finest hotels. When we arrived it was " too late" to receive the discounts ( if available).

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at the Hampton Inn in Walla Walla as my schedule changed and I cancelled my reservations.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast provided was excellent and tasty. I would definitely stay again!
