This was a nice resort. The two bedroom unit was spacious and nicely decorated. The grounds were well manicured and maintained.
The resort was far from the beach, town, restaurants, and activities. You definitely need a car for this resort.

We enjoyed being in a quiet community yet not far from the beaches, resorts and fine dining available by the resort hotels. The golf course is right next to Paniolo Greens. It is in excellent condition and the price is half what the resorts charge.
I would have like a larger fitness center. The treadmill and elliptical were both high quality and therefore in more demand. The stationary bike was OK but not as high quality as the other equipment. The stair stepper should probably be replaced.

We spent two nights at Paniolo Greens while touring the Big Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our accommodations were superb!

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Clean, spacious, well-equipped condo, and a great value. Glad we had the den-style unit with the third bathroom. Housekeepers did a great job.
Surprised to have an extra five dollar fee for air-conditioning.
