Main reason for choosing Best Western Plus Woodway Waco South Inn & Suites: Rate
The heater was not working correctly and I had to get up several times during the night to fix it so it would stop blowing cold air. I mentioned this to the clerk on duty at the time of my departure and she said they would look into this. It was the first cold weather that requires heat and she acknowledged they were having some issues and had called in a service order with the heating and air conditioning company. Overall a good experience

Was very clean and then bed was very comfortable. The Tv was a little hard to manipulate but I figured it out and it was fine. Overall one of the nicer Best westerns I've been in and the price was decent

Staff were helpful and accommodating.
I called the hotel to let them know that we left our I-Phone charger in the room on Sunday. The person I talked to was very helpful. I am waiting a call to see if they found it.
