Staff was very nice.
Resturant was closed when we got there. So I had to search for someplace to get some food.

The room was very clean and the staff really wantedvtovmake sure toy were comforttable. This is the second time we have stayed there and it seems to making improvements to the hotel all of the time. It may not be new or fancy but a great place to stay.

We were there for a family reunion. The layout of the hotel made access to rooms where other family members were staying easy without being disruptive to other hotel guests. Everyone enjoyed easy access to the pool. Breakfast at Ugalde's was very good,food and service.
The rooms could use a little sprucing up. The decor is a little dated .

Quiet, price as booked was good, pool WHEN OPEN was fine
Pool was abruptly closed the second day after a kid complained of a rash.
A big black insect occupied the bathroom.
Food in the adjoining restaurant was mediocure, no fruit, limp, frozen tastless veggies
