The room safes were broken and didn't work while i was there, though the staff did put my things in the hotel safe

I think the staff was very friendly. As an overall experience we liked it.

I was traveling with two small children and I think that the options for lunch are quite limited. You do have a very nice kids menu for the dinner. I expected the room to be a little bit bigger. But this was not a big deal. It was only one night and we liked it and had a great night at your place.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Proximity to the airport. little toys for the kids were a nice treat!

Difficult to get luggage in and out of the hotel - better ramps and doorways for access at entry C would have been helpful.

We did not like the place. I would not stay there again.

We stayed there because we had an early flight to Paris and onward to LA the next morning. We took a taxi to the hotel and it seems like a prison as you enter the main gate. There is absolutely nothing to do at night outside of the hotel's perimeter as it is located in an industrial area. We asked for a non-smoking room and with 5 suitcases and two trolleys had to negotiate several hundred metres of hallway to get to our room. The room design is very poor. The water closet is very small and the bathtub (which I doubt is used much), takes up too much space. Our sink was cracked. The WiFi assistance connected me with a person in Morocco who kept me on the phone for 35 minutes and still could not connect me to the internet. He had me make so many changes to my computer I have been home a week and still can't get it to work properly. We will not stay there again.

A member of the staff came in the Hotel shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport which was really appreciated. The staff was charming and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. We would recommend this hotel and will for sure stay there again.
