The rooms were very clean. I like that the floors were not carpeted and that the bedding was all washable.(No cheesy bedspreads)
We were in room 230 and the outlet in the bathroom was loose from the wall and should be repaired.

Air conditioning was not working in the convention center. Our group was seated in the upper level of section 2025. We had a 13 year old girl who got ill from the heat. Even though there was a lot of construction going on, since the hotel knew our group (Jobs Daughters)was booked that weekend, special effort should have been made to make sure the air conditioning worked.

We had specified a walk in shower for my handicapped son, but when we arrived we were told that there was none left available. My son managed with the shower over the tub, but it was difficult for him, and could have been dangerous.

Close to the event we were attending
After unpacking I walked into the bathroom and the bathtub was a quarter full with brackish water. We called and immediately requested another room which was granted. We have stayed at this hotel before and for some reason I always get the feeling that the design of the check in desk was an after thought. It does not have an inviting nor welcoming face. Staff was very nice but quality professionalism seems missing. Perhaps low wages.
