Very nice room, very nice public area. Excellent location in Victoria.
Some confusion about whether breakfast was included or extra and if it was extra, how much? Same with parking, not clearly defined. This ambiguity makes a customer feel like they are not getting the very best treatment.

Professional, courteous and efficient front desk staff, clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price in a great location. P Onsite parking is also very convenient and reasonably priced.

The staff members were amazing! They were also willing to change my room on request, to an ocean view on the 2nd floor (rather than the original ground floor parking lot/road view). I had originally requested an ocean view room and they were able to make that happen.
See above. Rather than assigning me to an ocean view room from the start, I was booked in a parking lot/road view, and had to contest that placement. In future it would be greatly appreciated if the room request was accommodated from the start (perhaps with a small price premium, if required, to ensure satisfaction)...

The location, the wonderful free delicious breakfast, the superb staff,,the lovely fireplace in the lobby, the view at breakfast.
The Windows in the rom didn't open far enough so it was warm in the room at night with the heat turned off.
