Breakfast room was very cold in the morning.

Rooms are beautiful, yes, but far too hot if the air conditioning is not working or something. Staff was friendly, but did not board the promises printed on the voucher.

I felt misled by your agency. I would be a room overlooking the rooftops of Versailles and I have had a view of the (ugly) interior of the hotel. there was no possibility for discount tickets for the palace, the breakfast bet taken away while we were still eating and over time came and they asked us first learned that they were all away. Sauna and Turkish bath was not much, little stuffy up there, and you had it all yourself, first ask yourself button, and then you're back by one hour. The free internet was a disappointment, it did not work. But the hotel was well paid by the internet for free it. The member of staff that greeted us was superb. Guy who checked us in took our luggage to the room and valet parked the car. No other staff to be seen. Location for chateau visit was first class
