Location in center of Vero Beach and on the water was superb. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large and the shower was exceptional
Pillows - they were all too firm and somewhat lumpy. Our room did not permit opening the windows (there were no screens and bugs were everywhere outdoors) - we would have liked to have fresh air and hear the ocean. There was only one sink in the bath room -- seemed odd in a top rated hotel.

Hotel staff were great. The restaurant, food and staff were also excellent.
The end table by the bed was cracked and broken. There was a high pitched wining sound in the room.

Never have we been at a hotel where we were treated so royally. All of the staff welcomes you with open arms. They cannot do enough for you!!! This will be our new go to hotel in Vero when we visit our children. Loved it!!!!!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The beds were so comfortable. It was clean and in a great location, you could walk into town and restaurants were close. The staff were great.
