The staff were very accommodating.
While the hotel was going through a renovation and our room was clean, the furnishings were worn and borderline shabby. I expected a better presentation based on the price of the room.

The bed was comfortable & it was close to where I needed to be.
The staff was inefficient - I had to have my key recharged 2 times because they clerk didn't enter my stay dates correctly. On my last day there, I was asked to come to the desk at some point to present my credit card for re-entry for my last night's charge & then, when I did, the clerk told me they had my credit card number on file, so why would I need to come back with it?

The location was good.
The staff was not knowledgable of events going on nearby and the breakfast bar was little to be desired. Both apple and orange juices were empty and the milk machine was broke. Other then that things were good.

Allowed pets.
Room was very small. Not even a chair in the room. Television was small and sat on top of cabinet.

The day shift clerk was pleasant and helpful.
Room was a "suite," but it was very small and tightly packed. It was hard to get around.

Not much. The tiny room was clean.
Location was terrible. Entrance off highway was poorly marked. Road in was quite narrow. There was no exit separate from the entrance lane.

We were attending a bluegrass festival. I thought the room was too compact, but my wife liked it, especially the mirror in the bathroom and the window seat.
I thought it was a good value for the price. We had a storm while there which took some shingles off the roof, but we didn't feel any pressure on the window and felt safe.
