We enjoyed the proximity to our concert venue. We enjoyed the food and beverage options close to our hotel, including those attached to the hotel. We appreciated the cleanliness and surprising quiet of our room, and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised overall.
Access to the lobby during check in was a bit tricky, no proper 'concierge parking', a few awkward pull ins that were hard to get to with someone who was double parked. Not a huge deal but could have been better. I prefer to feel like I am booking with a specific hotel rather than a ''group''.

Close 6o Rogers arena so it was walking distance to anywhere we went just park the car and wander around downtown

Great bar with good TV's, good food, friendly staff. Hotel is showing it's age, but we managed. North tower rooms have best views, and we asked to switch from South to North and staff was most accommodating. View from 10th floor was great. Em 1025 had view to norrh and wear as well!

Close to our location was great, staff was great.
Rooms could have been a little cleaner. sliding glass doors and it looked like some one had ashes from a smoke flicked around room.. other than that the place is great
