We have stayed at tne Rosedale on Robson several times and always enjoyed it, especially for its location.
We were disappointed to learn that by booking on line breakfast is not included.Only if one books direct does breakfast come with the room.

The location, Cleaning staff very thorough!
I did not like being in 414 - right next to the cleaning staff's storage, every morning starting around 7:30am - someone kept going in and out and letting the door slam shut - we had our son in the room who was sleeping on the sofa bed and was very annoying.

Close to the amenities and it has self-service laundry, very handy. Staff were very friendly.

The staff were helpful and very polite, after travelling for 20hrs we arrived at the hotel exhausted, although we knew that we were early, Tammy found a room for us which was spotless and comfortable, we would recommend these suites to anyone, close to all amenities could not fault it, would stay there again.

Great location for walking around and getting in and out of downtown by car. Internet is not included - really old school on that -$15/day I used my personal hotspot. It is clean and comfortable some of it seems a bit warn and dated. A good sleep and nice to have the suite not be in just one room. Fair value for the dollar - overpriced at the rack rates.

This was our third stay and again we found Rosedale to be a perfect place for our family to stay. We love being able to walk to just about all the events we come to Vancouver for. Your staff has always been very polite and helpful. I personally like the 12 o'clock check out time. We also feel that the prices are very reasonable for downtown Vancouver.
We weren't too keen on the pillows! Could be that we are just too fussy!
