Hyatt Regency Vancouver

Concierge was great - restaurant bookings and airticket confirmation were speedy and polite. However, the service at the front desk was most disappointing. When we had to check out one day earlier than planned, we were told that a chareg of late notice penality should have been levied, but will not as a huge favor, then the front desk proceeded to call all relevant internal departments, printed out the bills despite the fact that we still have a couple of hours and we did not ask for the bill. Perhpas all was company regulations, however, the presentation was most unpleasant and unnecesary!

Good value for accommodation in a great location.
