Shuttle service from airport. I only was there for a few hours and did not have opportunity to check out services or have much interaction with staff

I like the renovations that have been made in the lobby area.
Two things: the sink stopper in the bathroom did not work; and I prefer a room with a tub, rather than just a shower.

Convenient location with airport shuttle, clean and quiet, reasonable price,
Wifi very slow to connect.

Friendly staff, clean, modern interior of lobby and rooms.
Bathtub and tile was older looking and doesn't flow well with the rest of the nice hotel updates.

How modern looking it was inside, and how up to date rooms were.
The showers need a serious update. They are stuck in the 70s.

Always enjoy the location with proximity to the airport, and the price is good. It was also nice to see that some upgrades to the lobby had been made since our last visit.
I hope a few upgrades might be made to rooms. They are just getting "tired" Our air conditioner was so worn that it was difficult to tell where the settings were. Most of the arrows and markings were rubbed off from use. And although we agree that toilet paper does not have to be like facial tissue, and needs to break up quickly to avoid clogs, it was really below standard and not very comfortable to use.
