Vincci Palace Hotel

Very comfortable for a city centre hotel, rooms a little cramped.

Dissapointed with lack of facilities. Bar service consists of night porter serving drinks in reception lounge.No restaurant open in hotel,though one advertised.To park your car you are expected to drive into a lift,with no assistance from staff.hotol is very badly displayed,making it very hard to find.Altogether a traumatic experience in Velencia.

Clean, modern, good breakfast, nice staff, location close to (in actually) the center of the town. Easy to reach by car. Noting wrong with this hotel really.

We had problems with the heating off my friend and i must chance the room beacause i had problems in the bathroom. You will make somthing good to give me a present. I thake the present with me in my case. When i come home an i open my case..... ALL MY CLOTHS ARE IN THE OIL. ONE BOTTLE WAS BROOKEN. So its cost me a loth of money and my raincoat ... he is for the garbedge can ..

found the interior design and the colour scheme very disturbing and upsetting. Most of the staff were very helpful exccept for two of the girls who just did not know what they were talking about. Breakfast was poor when compared to other hotels in europe of the same category

Quite close to the city center, very good choice for us. Not expensive. Clean and well furnished.
