Breakfast plentiful and quality advantage over the city, a little device though.
No staff are informed about services around the Hotel, such as bike rental, etc. Risotrante. The hotel's bicycle rental service, was also present nn possible because the bikes were all broken

Very centrally located. Easy access regarding all highlights in Valencia. Everything in good walking distance. Metro is not necessary.
Advertise for late checkout but in practice not feasible. Ladies at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Men at the reception on-interested, stiff.

The staff and customer service is great, excellent. It has a good location. Cozy, I have felt at home during my stay.
In the bathroom door and frame at the bottom there was a deterioration, the guideline for the glass wall of the bathtub little rusty. The bathroom tiles when placed if they had been revised, had sent relocate and well, and clean up any material placement. Things are very visible and very thought-provoking. And not positively.
