It is not the first time I stayed in it, but I must say that to and a time that was not going to Valencia and I was surprised they have made changes for the better. Have been updated very well.
The only thing that disappointed me a little is that the bath (I always take a shower in the hotels) has not changed and has a certain danger for its altitude above the ground and being slippery due to lack of security measures as an element in the slip soil. Also in that the cap is closed without being able to open and increase the risk (room 510). For the rest very well.

We have been to this hotel for many years, but this year, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff, although helpful, were not as friendly as before, sometimes not being seen behind the desk at all which gives a bad impression. The hotel has been redecorated, and is now very modern but lacking in character. The shower is extremely dangerous with no hand rail, and the bath is slippery....making showering less than enjoyable. The Sunday breakfast (it was a fiesta day, I must admit) was chaotic, and understaffed....although the waitress herself was charming and apologetic.

Still renovating therefore lots of noice. Staff hardly speaks anything but Spanish, and "do not know" anything, except for 1 woman staff is not helpful. Late and sloppy cleaning. No internet access. Plus: good location between old town and Opera/Turia park, close to bus station and shopping and good resto area.
