Check in was at 3 but I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour because my room wasn't ready.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Conference Center - Valdosta was delightful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel was perfectly located for us. We enjoyed two nice meals at the convenient restaurant.

Nice newer place to rest your head. Microwave and refrig in room. Clean.

Busy night at facility with a wedding party going on. Loud lobby area. Room service very poor. Food arrived over an hour from order. Food arrived cold. Over priced for what we received. Menu in room not current. Had someone answering phone who was not usually employed there. Couldn't answer questions. Would rate very poorly.

I'd love to give a review! The front desk staff were not only friendly, helpful and eager to assist but they had a great sense of humor! Every hotel staff member we met during our weekend stay was respectful and ready to be at our beckoned call. The rooms were very clean and the TV remote was easy to operate- LOL! Our room was on the 6th floor and it was very quiet with little to no traffic to disturb us. The location of the Holiday Inn Conference Center was perfect being only a block from 75 and minutes to shopping, gas, groceries and restaurants. We'll be back! Thanks to everyone there for making our stay quite enjoyable and memorable!
