The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect and close to many conveniences. The breakfast was sodelicious and had many items to choose from. The breakfast staff was especially courteous.

The room was a great size, and well accommodated. The hot breakfast was wonderful!!
The people above us were extremely loud the night of our stay, and we called the front desk twice. The noise took forever to die down, and it woke us up the next morning at 6:00 a.m. The staff's only response was to apologize.

The cheddars restaurant was excellent and very friendly and good value.
The refrigerator never cooled properly even after the maintenance man came and tried to fix it.The coffee maker was broken and the staff did not seem to be concerned about it.We had stayed at a Best Western in Knoxville the night before for much less money and it was much better.We had decided to stay at Hampton Inns because we heard they were more upscale but we did not think it was worth the extra money that we paid.I think we will stick with Best Western if that is all Hampton Inns has to offer.
