Main reason for choosing Hotel Renovo: Facilities

I mostly love the new Hotel Renovo. A little higher in price but worth it. Bed was a bit soft. Counters in bathroom could be wider for comfort. Overall a very nice well decorated facility. The person at the front was very kind and able to give us a different room on request. It was even nicer than the one we had in the past which was near the electric room. We were across the hall which was much quieter.

Main reason for choosing Hotel Renovo: Reputation

They cleaned the room the next day while we were out and restocked everything without having to ask. the free breakfast was by far one of the best compared to other hotels.
The one thing is they need more electrical outlets, especially around the desk, there was nowhere to plug phones or laptop in.

At about 8:00 PM on March 12th, I told the desk clerk to give me a wake-up call at 6:00 AM for room 238 on Wednesday morning. She wrote the time on the log. I did not see what time she wrote on the log. I DID NOT get a call until 7:00 AM on Wednesday morning. A man's voice made the telephone wake-up call.

Our night's stay was WONDERFUL! It was very quiet and the bed extremely comforfortable. Loved the multiple small soft pillows on our king sized bed!
