Main reason for choosing Centara Udon: Location
Perfect location, in the centre of town. Helpful staff throughout; reception cleaners; porters etc; good breakfast, plenty of variety; good pool and spa. Acess to the shopping mall.

Nicer place in the town
Their staff is not trust worthy. Some of the front desk women have taken liberty to discuss my personal matters to other visitors and as a result I ended up in losing a relationship. This sort of behaviour will be considered a crime in USA. Also, I was given second class treatment when there was a Thai official in front of me.

Main reason for choosing Centara Udon: Rate
The check-in was very satisfactory.
The room maid was excellent.
The bell srvice was very good.
Buffet breakfast was good.
My main complaint / critiscism was the lack of free wi-fi and the charge at 200Baht for 30 minutes was totally unacceptable bearing in mind that I was using my own laptop PC.
Free wifi is readily available in most establishments in Thailand and, just down the road from your hotel.
