This hotel was a welcomed surprise. Frequently at this price point facilities are not quite up to snuff. The staff is friendly and accommodating when a special request is made. Our room was very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and fully supplied with soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, kleenex and plenty of towels. We will definitely stay here on any future trips to Tyler, Texas.
The ONLY thing this room didn't have was an alarm clock, but in this day and time nearly everyone uses their cell phones for time checks and alarms.

Price, cleanliness, refrigerator and microwave, good pillows, exceptionally nice front desk and cleaning staff
Plug in scent was overwhelming; we unplugged it and that helped.
