The extra sofa bed and the hot breakfast.
Our room had a very consistent noise behind the mirror (Room 202) that was either a building settling issue or a pipe issue. It kept us up. The room was awesome. The sleep was not.

Very Quite on the 3rd floor. Quick check-in. Breakfast had several choices and area was roomy, not squished together like many hotels. Breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly.
Could detect faint cigarette odor, tho room was non-smoking.
