Great friendly staff.Both girls checking in and out were super nice. Breakfast was just enough quit tasty. Very nasty weather but room was cozy and war.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before and have always had a fantastic experience. It located close to the snake river canyon and Perrine bridge. The places we like to eat and drink are also very close and well within walking distance. The rooms have been re carpeted and the bathrooms re done. Nice hotel at the right price. Breakfast is the best in Twin as far as I'm concerned for the price. Gym is small but well equipped.
The pool and spa was below clean standard, not that i wish to use them.

Lady at front desk was very nice but fingernails were dirty.

Facilities are in good shape, hot tub was a plus after base jumping, staff was friendly and professional.

Close to Perkins for breakfast.
Heat system would not respond to changes in temperature. About 3:00 AM we just turned it off. Carpet in hallways is torn on multiple steps. Room could have used a good cleaning instead of a quick once over. If you like a very hard bed then you've come to the right place. If not, then you're SOL.
