Loved the soft/firm pillows, the bedding, the snack/toiletries shop next to check in for things I forgot or to snack upon. Very nice room and staff. Best continental breakfast I have had at any hotel.
The tub was slippery without a rubber mat to keep from slipping, the shower head sucked. Pool indoors was like a sauna (air) (outdoors would have been nicer).
