Great bartenders and wait staff. Lovely pool.
There should be complimentary welcome water - lemon and or cucumber in the lobby. Most hotels have this. It was the hottest day in 7 years. Most guests stay here for the ability to walk on campus. Where is that southern hospitality? Second, housekeeping staff needs to be more conscientious of guests sleeping. Loud voices and shouting is unacceptable.

The room was clean and beautifully appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I wish there was a real restaurant and not just a bar with food.

Being able to stay on campus prior to and after University Day visit. It gave us a great opportunity to see the campus and surrounding area. Ample parking also helped as we were in and out during our stay.

The room was nice and big, great view of the Coleman center and Bear Bryant museum.
The downstairs restaurant was very expensive for breakfast and was sub-par at best.
