A little high for a senior citizen for one room used overnight....

Room was clean and staff were friendly. not a lot on the dinner menu. I had steak and it was cooked just perfect. wait staff was very nice.

YES!! Several. The first room had no hot water. I found this out trying to take a shower. The second room's bathroom was "not cleaned properly" according to the clerk. The third room was fine. On 12/27/13 I found that there had been a charge of $50.00. In trying to find out what this was, there was no answer to the many calls that I tried to make to this hotel. It went to a msg. As I wanted answers I talked to the only working number, which was the corporate offices. They opened a file. On Dec. 30 I finally talked to Heather, the manager of Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport. She told me that there had been a hold, which is typical I suppose. If I could have talked to someone on the 27th I would not have been as upset as I was to have to wait. All they had to do was answer the phone. I realize that it was Christmas, and a weekend, but the manager should be available 24/7, not just Mon.-Friday, in my opinion. Probably will never stay there again. Not a good experience at all. I give it an overall 2.

Easy to find. Great location for business trip. Over priced considering the Hotel is under construction at the moment; however, staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed the stay.
