DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown

Enjoyed room, bar, breakfast was awesome and the rooms we used for training were good. Looking forward to coming back in the spring and staying agsin.

Location and the beds were good. Room size was nice also.

Having to pay for parking. $ 10.00 per day is too much. $ 5.00 or a comp for staying would be better. Bar/Grill was not what I expected. I thought there was a restaurant.Food was just OK.Bartender tried to charge for an extra drink. Not very attentive.

Convenient to downtown. Rooms were comfortable.

Iit was so loud on Sat night , we did not get any sleep. The location of our room was adjacent to the bank of elevators ( wall of or headboard was the wall of the. elevators.) then as everyone walled down the hall we heard all! It was like the hallway wall and door were paper thin. Groups partied on the 18th floor until 6am! We will not stay here on a weekend ever again!

It was close to the bok center.

The bartender. She refused to serve beer to my fiancé because the bar didn't open until 4:00 (it was 3:30), however there was already a gentleman at the bar drinking an ultra. My fiancé called Matt the manager and asked him why the gentleman was served beer when he was refused, we were told te gentleman had bought the beer from the market. I proceeded to go buy us a few beers from the market, and when I was in the lobby two different couples sat at the bar at 3:45 and she served them mixed drinks. We informed matt of this and he offered us a bucket of beer, when he addressed The issue with the bartender she looked over at Where I was sitting observing everything and mouthed b#***. Matt told us he was addressing the issue but could not send her home because he had no other bartender. This bartender had red hair and should not be working for any hotel not because she wouldn't serve beer before the bar was open but because she lied and treated certain guests differently and also unprofessional to mouth names at Patrons that spent money to stay at this hotel. She ruined my experience at doubletrees or hilton for that matter.
