Staff was friendly and helpful. Cuisine at Gold was excellent. The orange roughy that came as fish in fish and chips was wonderful. Good pools.
Inadequate lighting in hotel room (183). Couldn't read at night.

Good value , location ; both restaurants are good: happy hr. Is nice. Staff was wonderful .
I gotta tell you: the room looked tired!! Furniture needs to b replaced: lots if scratches / bathroom counter had bad marks - needs to b replaced!! Just tired!!

We have stayed many times at the Resort. Normally top notch service but noticeable decline this time.
Room was not cleaned each day. Front desk was great but restaurant help was sub par at best.
