Great breakfast. Great pools. Enjoyed the cocktails by the pool! Staff very nice to our young kids. Kids loved the flavored water in the lobby!

Room temperature was a bit chilly.

It was not the best of circumstances. We were there because of Hurricane Irene. There was no housekeeping service and the restaurant menu was limited. Totally understandable, but there was no reduction in rate to offset the diminished services. If we were there under better circumstances, I would still have to give you a lower rating because the toilet did not fully flush and it had nothing to do with the storm. It was a weak flush and very annoying. I am highly alergic to cats and dogs. My understanding was that your hotel was pet free, however I stepped into an elevator with another hotel customer with a dog. Not good.
