The staff was amazingly friendly courteous and helpful. I've never stayed anywhere (in nearly 70 years) where I was treated so well for so little money.

I liked the size of the room. The bed was comfortable. Had a view of Lake Michigan from the room.....NICE!! Good assortment for breakfast.

Kudos to Kelly at the front desk. She is an asset to your company. We can't say enough good about her. Also, kudos to Sandy in the kitchen. Very personable and went out of her way to help everyone.

Too many "soft" beds. I have a bad back and need more firm support. The reason we returned is because of the beds in the past. You now have all pillowtops. Nice, but not applicable for everyone. Perhaps you can have a few rooms with more firm mattresses.

The comfort of the beds and linens. Cozy fire and hot beverges any time.

Too far away from anything to walk to. No sidewalks out front or any walk area along the lake.

Staff very friendly. Lots of amenities. Great rates. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends. In fact...already have.

Bugs in fan light a little disturbing. Just didn't look. lol A little far from downtown TC. Shuttle available but we did not take advantage of it.
